Cheese stick w/ Bell Pepper

This time i will featured this finger food, this is match with some soda, iced tea, punch or beer while watching TV or in a party try this "cheese stick with bell pepper" this is very simple here are the steps and procedures:

Ingredients:

-Lumpia Wrapper
-Eden cheese or any kind of cheese you want
-Bell Pepper

Dipping Sauce:

1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Garlic Chop/minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Procedure :
Wrapped the sliced cheese and bell pepper in Lumpia wrapper
Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, Drain on paper towel.

Dipping Sauce :
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill before serving.
